- Develop and execute innovative growth marketing strategies, with a specific focus on creative strategy, to acquire and retain users, increase engagement, and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product management and design, to develop compelling and impactful creative marketing concepts that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring the creative strategy is consistently applied across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Utilize analytics platforms and tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth in the gaming industry, leveraging these insights to inform creative strategy and messaging.
- Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize user acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and player engagement metrics, with a specific focus on creative elements.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies related to creative strategy in the gaming industry.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality marketing assets that align with the creative strategy.
- Identify and explore new creative opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand the user base and drive revenue growth.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, design, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, with a focus on creative strategy, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and advertising networks, with an emphasis on how creative strategy impacts campaign performance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative marketing concepts that effectively engage target audiences.
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques, user acquisition strategies, and retention marketing in the gaming industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming trends, genres, and player preferences.
